My Summary:
As bad as many Americans want their troops back home as soon as possible, that isn't going to be any time soon. The newly formed Iraqi government is still very unstable and lacks support. If the American troops were to all the sudden pull out of Iraq mass chaos would disburse. Saudia Arabia has changed it's view of Iraq. Yet, with no confirm promises Saudia Arabia may be in for support with Iraq's new government.
...My personal opinion is that we never really needed...
