I thought about your solution but it might make other fansites follow the same pattern. Hence may e Rowling can not unleash that disaster by al;lowing one site to get away with that. I think that is why she is hesitating in taking the lenient view of things here. But all the same I do feel bad for Steven too. He should have actualy consulted Rowling before doing anythiong and then may be the things would have turned out the other way.
