Gas prices declined for the 11th day in a row and are now in May levels, reported CNN Money.
A report from Lundberg Survey, Inc shows that gas prices have fallen 12 cents in the past two weeks to a current average of $3.9959 a gallon.
Gas prices reached a record high of $4.114 on July 16 and stayed there for two days before they began to decline.
