all of us have an internal body clock. while some of are off to bed @ 7 p.m. and wake up @ 6; others, such as myself, go to bed @ 1:00 a.m. and wake @ 11 a.m. (that is when i dont have classes i could wake @ that time.) lol. for those of you who are like myself, many throughout our lives might have said we just need to head to bed earlier. yet when we do, we just can't seem to fall asleep. however, one suggestion that i can offer that can make you go to bed maybe an hour earlier than usual is exercise (i personally jog) and then take a warm bath, rub oil on yourself, and then hit the sheets. you'll feel more relaxed and just slowly daze off within minutes
