the Longets penalty shoot-out ever?  | |  Today was the semi-finals of the european U21 championships. The first match of the two was between England and Holland. The Match finished 1-1 and went into a penalty shoot-out, and one of the most epic shootouts i've ever seen. It finally finished 13-12 to Holland after both teams had taken 16 penalties each.
Is this the highest scoring penalty shoot-out ever? and if not does anyone know what was?

I mean it came to a point where the goal keeper and to take one and then everyone else. it was the most asuming game because the goalkeepers was awful, the only reason the game ended was because a guy blasted the ball onto the crossbar.
