 Early men were ignorant of many things.They did not understsnd anything about their world.Life itself was a riddle to them. They did not know why things happend. So they were helpless like any other animals.They lived in constant fear and moved from place to place in search of salf shelter.
But today we have learned a lot from their experiences.We are wiser now.We know a great deal about our world,about nature and about things that happend around us. We are no longer helpless like our primitive forefathers.Our knowledge has helped us to tame the forces of nature and build our great civilization. This knowledge has made us the lord of the animal world.The more we know the more powerful we become.After gaining mastery over everything in our world we now preparing to be masters of the universe. We have already sent men into the space.Our flights into the space help us know more and our knoledge appears to have made us more powerful than even our gods.

They got knowledge and we can be like them if we really want to. It's not easy... they have passed rough roads in their lives.

Having knowlegde gives one the powr to make decisions & choices, to improve one's life & even better, to move on in life, & perhaps contribute to society.

5.  keda69 (2123) | 1 year ago |  Knowledge is power, if it is true knowledge though. Look at how much we have thrown into the wind - how to care for our planet, etc. We are picky about what we choose to know especially when it comes to what we need (like when we need money).
But in essence I do agree that we now have the knowledge to truly make things better, but we best get on with it.
It has also been proven that the more we know, the less we know we know.
