 Do you always consume junk foods although you know doing so a lot not good for your health? Besides, they can make you gain weight. I can say I cant stop this habit too. But fortunately I dont consume it every day and in a lot quantity.

Not all junk foods make you gain weight, although they are empty calories some of them makes kids lose weight because after eating junk foods they would no longer have the appetite to eat during proper meals.
As always, anything you do or take in moderation will not do you harm.
