The layout to your blog is alright. I wish you had a different top banner, though, because the text isn't aliased, which means it looks jagged at the corners. I'm assuming you're not a whiz with any type of photo-editing program, though, so that explains that.
Another big suggestion I have is to not depend on your Archive function to have your guests find out where your posts about different sites are. Make your own list using Blogger's list function and use HTML to make a link code and use that at the top of sidebar to attract people into reading your articles. If you are going to depend on the Archive Function, at least move it to the top of the sidebar.
Also, your shoutbox/chatbox is really bright colors. I would suggest changing the colors. Another big thing is that it's the first thing on your sidebar. Move it down to the bottom of your sidebar. (Just a question: Why do you have it? Blogger offers a comment system so people can leave feedback on your site. A shoutbox really isn't needed. But to each their own.)
I guess that's about it. But I am glad to see that you're including payment proofs on your site. I'm always a lot more apt to join a site if I can see payment proofs straight from the person.
Great start on the site and I hope to see you adding more articles to your site.

When adding the shout box, the reason is some people prefer that as it is easier to post. What colour you suggest, I was thinking of green, but chose orange because I like the colour better, and sort brighten the page. I would try to see what other colours is suitable.
