If we are what we eat, what should we eat?

Meat for protien - to show we are strong people
Fiber for regularity - so we're always on time
Fruits - because we're all alittle fruity
Veges - for those days we day dream or because there are days we just vege out.

and sweets, lots and lots of sweets, because everyone loves a sweetheart...

Just wanted to say, that I absolutley don't like that proverb...

Oh nooooooo..No way will I turn cannibal just so I can be what I'm eating. Other than that, I love my sweets soooooo guess I'm sweet? lol

I belong to my culture and my tribe and these ethnic men and women are what they really eat. The men are generally regarded as the tallest stock of mankind, the kind of nilotic height that is akin to the American height-they are tall and generally dark skinned and very strong men! What made them what they are-a typical nilotic food that charns out tall, strong, and aggressive men to the face of the earth where I live consist of;
Millet bread made out of fine mix of dry cassava flour,
Dry game meat seasoned with peanut paste,
dry cocumber crushed in the dry meat,
Shea butter oil sprinkled over the dish to add aroma,
Food eaten in a common Dish by a father,his 3 or four sons,
Food eaten on the floor with all the sons seated on a mat except the father who is seated on a low stool of honour
Food is eaten to adlib-if the sons have not had enough, the father signals for more food with authority and power,
Yes that kind of quality, quantity and tase of the nilotic food is basically responsible for our tall, strong, aggressive and exceedingly proud men!

Well, I'm a real "porker" so I eats lotsa pulled pork:-D
