and community dedicated to tea and cooking. Now, in your area if their is an Asian community, you are very likely to find black tea in bulk. Lipton also makes a straight black tea that comes in bags... check your local supermarket or visit them online... this type of tea is also preferred by British folk so if there's a market specialising in British goods, you are likely to find it there.

I would think you can get it anywhere- It's the regular tea right? Maybe that isn't black now that I think about it- I bet you can get it online- Search in google.

I went and looked it up before I said this, but orange pekoe, and pekoe, are not flavors of tea, but describe the size and what the leaves were like before they were picked. Both of those terms describe a medium black tea. No orange flavor at all. It is the regular tea you are looking for. I admit, some more specialty black teas might be a treat. I like all kinds of teas etc. Green, black, herbal, flavored, red, white. I also like coffee. I drink them all with no sugar.

I've never heard of plain black tea being sold in regular supermarkets, unless you have a really large chain, like the Met...but do you have any oriental supermarkets...the one near me has one whole aisle devoted to nothing but teas--you name it they got it..so if you do have an oriental supermarket near you, try them

Try a health food store, Mooch. Or do a search online for it. Might be able to buy it thru a manufacturer's website as well.

Go to any of the oriental markets.
I love black tea and the only place I can find it is our local Chinese market.
Luckily mine is within walking distance.
The first time I went to the market to buy the tea I had to find someone who spoke both English and could read Chinese as I didn't know which one to buy.
Now I just go and buy the same tea. Susan
