I am confused by your diagnosis. Asthma and bronchitis are two separate diseases. Asthma can be caused by allergies. Bronchitis is not caused by allergies.

If you are an asthmatic and you get a bad cold or 'flu, it can develop into bronchitis. That's the only time you could have both diseases at once.

If you know allergies are the problem, then the most important thing is to avoid the things you are allergic to. This can be a hard decision if (for instance) you are allergic to your pets.
