This again is inspired by a post by another active member and I am writing this for everyone to share their techniques of getting rid or minimizing life's stressors. Stress makes us sick, that is the bottomline of that research shared by another Mylotter. So what are we doing to minimize or maybe eliminate all the sources of stress in our already stressed-out life? I know that we can't be totally rid of this because they are a part of life, and that the only time that we will be totally stress-free is when we will already be 6 feet below the ground or when we have already joined our Maker. But since we are still around breathing free air, we want to live better lives by minimizing or eliminating stress in our lives. Le us share some tips or techniques to help us combat STRESS. | 1. tmgenterprises (66) | 1 year ago | I think the biggest way I have reduced stress in my life is by avoiding people that tense me up. You know the ones I mean...people that go out of their way to aggravate you or are always putting you down, etc. A few years back I made it a New Year's Resolution to eliminate these negative people from my life and I renew that resolution each year.

3. leizlmarie (1807) | 1 year ago | i have been experiencing stress for about a week now.. but well, when these things im doing now is over, i will probably chill out for some time.. that's what i usually do after a week or month-long of being totally stressed.. i hang out in a beach resort with friends or family to relax and breathe some fresh air..
