I Finally Got An Apartment!!, But Now The Fun Begins....

As some of you may know I have been having problems with my adult daughter, which I live with, along with my grandkids. I was waiting on an apartment that my landlord was redoing. But I couldn't wait any longer. Everything in my house has become a nightmare. She moved a guy in, lost her job, he lost his job. His ex comes here a few times a week and they fight outside. I said something to my daughter about it the other night, and sad to say she hit me (her mother). Well I'm not having it! I started looking for a place to live. I found a great one bedroom today, and took it! I will be moving on and around the 15th of this month. And the strange part is. It's on the hill that I grew up on. A really nice place to live. I really lucked out. I told her earlier today I won't be paying the rent here. And it is due now. Well I went to work, and then chilled at a friends house. I came home to a party at my house.
Then the two of them ganged up on me about the rent. They must of thought I'd sit here and wait for the other apartment, but they were wrong. They have no jobs. So now they are worried. I already cut off the phone. I have a cell so I dont care. I had to eat $168.00 for the all in one package from Time Warner. The bill that just came in was $149.00 - just the HBO. I had unplugged the phone, but not returened the modem. well I did that the other day, but not in enough time. When it was just me & her and the kids. we split everything down the middle, but then he came, and things changed. Well we were having a few problems before that... and she knew I wanted to move. but now she is just really disrespecting me. So they are mad. she said " You are gonna see me & 3 kids on the street? Well I don't want to see the kids on the street, and they won't be. Her brother will take them in. But I just can't do it anymore. She holes up in the room with him, and doesn't even pay attention to the kids. The house is a wreak. i'm not going to clean it. I didn't mess it up. Yes we made a pact, when we moved in toghter nobody would come between us, but it did, and I'm not going to be a sap. Now they are worried about the bills. Plus they will have no furniture. It's all mine. She will have their beds, 2 tv's, some kitchen stuff, and nothing else. Well she can have the kitchen table & chairs, as her kids broke 2 chairs, and a broken footstool, that her kids broke. And anything else I don't feel like taking with me. I now have to manage to do all this by the 15 of the month (This month). Also how odd My late Husband passed on the 13th of the month.
Well that is my story. Wish me luck in all that I 'm facing.
