romance pocket books

I'm not sure if these books are still available, I don't see new ones here in our local bookstores anymore. When I was in high school I was very fond of romance pocket books too, I can't forget that because I even got low grades during my second year due to spending too much time reading pocketbooks instead of studying and doing my homework.

hello redbubbles! during my high school, i am also fond of reading pocketbooks but i prefer nancy drew and hardy boys instead of romance pocketbooks. i got a chance to read one (romance novel) but find nancy drew and hardy boys more interesting..LOLO... during college days, i often stay late at night till early in the morning reading the novels of sidney sheldon, catherine coulter, mary higgins clark and ..etc.. i think this is because i wanted to be a lawyer and a detective.:-)

i was a pocketbook addict when i was in high school. i think that was the main reason why i was so in love with love then. LOL i used to read local romance novels because that was the readily available and cheaper than mills and boons, and the likes. i always save money just to buy the books of my favorite author "arielle" even if it means walking home from school.^__^;; but i also read mills and boons and harlequin, usually lent to me by friends or those old books my mother were able to saved (because it seemed, she also read a few during her heydays^__^;;). i was able to form a collection and always check each of them everyday. some of them i have read more than once. LOL

they are still available on stores, going strong i think. and the mills and boons and harlequins are always on sale.
