 You know those little 'beards' that look like 50 hairs jumped out of your nose and are having a meeting in the middle of your chin?
What is that called?
My mother says it looks like a prep shave.
I am not trying ot offend anyone..lol.. I just want to know if it has a name so I don't have to go around calling it a prep shave beard.
If anyone doesnt know what a prep shave is ask a mother with children at least 25 years old.

I've heard of peach fuzz but I don't believe thats what you're refering to.

I suppose different countries have different names for it.
I have always know it to be bum fluff.
I think you will find Peach Fluff and Bum Fluff will both be correct.
