One good way is to have and maintain a blog about your website. Have a link from your blog to your website, and visa versa, and have rss feed available. Always keep adding fresh content to your blog. Search engines look for fresh content more than pages that sit stagnant and don't add any new relevant information to them. For example: you have links to what you belong to under 'cash lane link'...on your blog page, write about each site, and what you like (or don't like) about them. Do a fairly detailed blog entry on one site, then the next day do another site, until you have each of them wrote about.
