Do you hate to wear uniform when you work?

It's something that I don't always like to do, depending on what the uniform looks like, but I understand that sometimes the uniform is a necessary part of a job. A lot of times, there are companies that require the uniform to be worn because of safety concerns. Thankfully, right now, my current employer does not require a uniform. There is a dress code, but as long as we conform to those standards we are okay to wear our own clothes. I don't know if I could wear anything like a uniform right now, but I would not be totally against it if the job was worth it.

I hated it...I remember back in the days when I had to wear a uniform for work and it made me look so silly but I had to wear it for my job my goodness I use to say to myself I went to college so I can wear this crap ...I know the CEO or what not in charge of marketing wouldn't be caught dead wearing it but they make us wear this crap...I was so upset but had to do it for the money...

I think that all depends on the uniform. If's it's comfortable and isn't too hideous, then it's not that bad of a thing. It's when it's something that looks terrible and makes you itch all the time that it gets frustrating.

one thing i don't like to wear are ties and suits i mean i do not like to over-do a business casual outfit. where i work i can wear shirt and jeans - doing IT Tech work and troubleshooting multiple computers.

Years ago I had this season job where I had to wear uniform and cap. It was nice uniform but I just couldn't wear a cap over my hair, it was awful. I usually don't put anything on my head, even when it's very cold outside, I just don't like it.

I dont like it very much, too! Luckily, I'm working now with no dress codes or uniforms at the office..:-D

Working in a bank, I have been stuck for years wearing uniform. I hated it, but I got used to it! If I can have a say, I'd remove those uniform policy but I understand that it is a bank and uniforms are one way to let the bank be known in the country even in the world and to people. One thing I hated about my uniforms, they were skirts! And I never wear skirts...:(

i work at a supermarket, and the the colour is navy which doesn't really go with anything and also who makes the uniforms should be sacked, this goes for everyone there, the trousers are made in a funny way that even if you wear flat shoes your trousers look too shorts, and that was after i ordered extra long even though in shops i buy regular, and all the uniforms are not to your size, you have to get your uniform 4x the size that you actually are in clothes, i thought that was just me, thinking i was a smaller size but after i asked people they said the same thing, basically you can have your uniform tight or baggy

I have never had to wear a unifrom to work, but i can tell you that no i would not like it..I went to college for one year and every single day we had to wear a uniform and it got really old doing that...I would get up in the morning and put on the smae old thing,and it was a drag doing it....Every now and then they would give us a free day and then we could wear our regular cloths, and we all looked forward to free day...I enjoy getting up in the morning and picking out my own cloths...
