freaky dream

That's a really strange dream to have! Most dreams feel so real you don't realise they're a dream till you wake up. Like last night I dreamt that I was really adopted and I was really freaked out about it and still wasn't sure whether it was true as I was gradually waking up.
I can't remember ever having a dream like that, but I might have. It'd be scary I guess while you're dreaming, but what can you do? We always do wake up in the end(thank God) so having that in mind might help, knowing that no matter what you do you will eventually wake up. Although in my experience, while you're dreaming you really don't have very much control over your actions, or what happens, it just happens; scary, fun, whatever... What do you reckon?

i have that kind of dream once in a while. its really freaky and scary. i would dream that i woke up but then i would know that its another dream because i would feel different like i can't see things clearly especially faces of people and then i couldn't do normal things like walking or lifting a cup.>. < i would really feel scared by then so i wold really be relieved to the highest level if i finally woke up.^_^

someone told me that that kind of dream happens when you are really tired and you still have a lot of things to do but you fell asleep even if you don't want to.
