why instant noodles?

I'm not much into eating instant noodles, but I do love eating them whenever I crave for them.

My instant noodles goes along with any type of bread, I sometimes use the noodles as feelings and sometimes I just eat them straight with a fork on my left hand and the bread on my right hand!;)

I know about those side-effects by too much eating of noddles, not only UTI but you'd also get the possibility of being diabetic. My niuece don't like these types of instant food, since we always have time to cook for her and provide her good meals that could make her strong and healthy..

yes actually i think i have developed a taste for instant noodles. especially the nissen cup noodles.

i actually miss it after not eating it for a long time.

i suppose it's not healthy to eat it daily. after all it is fried and processed. i'm sure there are some preservatives to keep it 'fresh'.

i guess everything in moderation is the golden rule! even eating too much vitamin C will cause problems for your body.:)

Hi jeanne, I always do this especially during late night. For me instant noodles is the food of such wonderful best taste that I couldn’t refrain from taking it whenever I have got a chance to taste it. It is easily prepared and could be done in a short time. I understand that they aren’t good for health if taken too often and excessively so I always make a habit not to indulge in taking it.

My son loves noodles, he would eat pasta all day every day if I allowed, I have never heard that they give UTI's and my son suffers from kidney reflux, which gives him UTI's periodically, his pediatrician has never mentioned this. I will def. look into it though.

I don't eat those instant noodles you buy in the package. I hate them. I think the noodles have a funny taste. I buy them though, when I go shopping, because my husband loves them. He takes them to work with him to eat for lunch. When he eats them at home he adds a bunch of other stuff to them and makes it into a soup. He adds things like meat, vegetables and eggs.

I'd like to have instant noodles and I even mixed it with a vegetables that are cut in cubes for my soup sometimes but what I knew is it is the salty food and Cola that would cause the children to have Urinary Tract Infection......

I think instant noodles are a blessing, specially when u r hungry n u dont have time to cook or dont want to cook (whatever). just boil it for 2 mon n done.. ready to eat. even my little one enjoys it. i try to make it a little healthy by adding bunch of veggis to the noodles.
