Essential oils  | |  A nice alternative to perfumes are diluted essential oils.Many have therapeutic qualities too,some nice ones to try are Lavender and Ylang Ylang (my 2 favourites!)as well as Bergamot,Camomile,Jasmine,Neroli,Patchouli,Rose and Sandlewood. Many perfumes contain these or combinations of these.They can have a stimulating, refreshing,reguvenating, relaxing,soothing and sedative effects on the body.It is important to remember to dilute the essential oils to the correct dilution and use a suitable carrier oil(olive oil,sunflower,soya,avocado, or coconut).Lets enjoy natures natural perfumes!!
