| | | | | | 1.  cynicalandoutspoken (1961) | 9 months ago |  I've never read the book but I have thought about this question many times after hearing a plane went down on some snow covered mountain and the survivors had to eat human flesh to survive.
I honestly think I would do it if it were a situation like I described above. I would do anything I had to do to stay alive as long as I possibly could because I have 4 kids I would have to get back to home to.
But if it were like an end of the world thing and there were only a handful of people left on the planet then just kill me. I would never want to be one of the last ones left.

It was also turned into a film.
The other film, "Alive" which seems to be mentioned by the first response, also accounts on survival and resorts to cannibalism.. but, just to survive.. | |
