If you take every name and place and event and google it you are likely to find in place other than the harry potter. jk used lots of anagrams and codes and you need to really look between the lines to see them. As for Nicholas Flammel (who made the philosopher's stone in the book) is Nicolas Flamel 1330 was a successful scrivener and manuscript-seller who developed a reputation as an alchemist due to his reputed work on the Philosopher's Stone. so that one is taken direcly out of history books. But the list of priory of sion is in question.

Rowling chose some names for characters that were sometimes very fanciful and made up, or were adapted from different medieval names, etc as they sound magical/archaic. I wouldn't take too much stock on any mystical connection between the fictional harry potter books and and "holy grail codes." | |
