What are some ways you find peace?

I made myself a sanctuary. It is in the corner of my bedroom. I took a part of my bedroom (used to have a separate room for this) and sectioned it off from the rest. I have a chair there that overlooks my yard. Sometimes I just sit there and watch the grass grow. Sometimes I read a book. Sometimes I take small pieces of my past and think about it, cry about it, mourn it and then I can deal with it and it is less painful each time. I do not allow anyone in there and I use it when the house is silent. Silence is an amazing space to be in.

Take time off thinking about the stressful things man...Watch movies which don't involve stressful stuff..watch cartoons...Talk to people about it and don't always keep it to yourself.
