High speed internet options for my area, have you had experience with these?  |

 Have you had experience with any of these:
Road runner
Road runner and time warner cable
Time Warner Cable
Earth link
Earthlink and time warner cable
Prime link
Prime link broadband
Prime link and your local phone company
First I didn't think I had any options and now I find out I have at least three. But I'm not too sure about any of them.

I love what I have, even though my security is very strict, the internet service I have is wonderful..:)

 writersedge (3235) | 8 months ago | You may be right. I called Earthlink and they put me through to Time Warner. But we got disconnected. So I contacted Time Warner independently and they started talking about Roadrunner. So then I was confused and they said I could do Roadrunner through them or keep Earthlink and do Time Warner cable. But Earthlink plus Time Warner cable is quite expensive. I know nothing about Roadrunner, I emailed someone with it a long time ago. That was the first and last time I had heard of it until now.
Anyway, you like Roadrunner, so that is good to know. I will find out what other people think of the various options. Thanks for your response, it is very helpful. | |

So you're happy with your Earthlink/Time Warner combination? That's really more what I want to know is if people are happy with them. It's not just the speed it's the service and having them as a service, period. Thanks and take care. | |

| howard96h (4971) | 8 months ago |  I am very happy with Earthlink, when I originally joined Time Warner and told them I wanted the Triple Package they assumed I wanted Road Runner and didn't offer me Earthlink, when I asked if I can pick Earthlink they said yes and they signed me up. I don't know what kind of deal they have with Road Runner and Earthlink but I am happy with them.
