How many cups of coffee do you drink a day?

For me usually zero...xD
The only coffe I truly enjoy drinking are Starbucks' frapecinos, lol.

It usually depends on the morning I am having. I make a pot (10 cups) and sometimes I drink the whole thing. Other days I only feel like having 2 cups so I pour the rest into a container and store in the fridge over night then reheat the next day. No matter how busy the morning is, I have to have that first cup to get my butt in gear and drink another one in the process of packing the diaper bag, gathering all my stuff I need, and getting the baby put in the car seat. This would be one of the days I have to get around to take the boyfriend to work so I can have the car to go pay bills, grocery shop, or spend the day at a friend's just because I want to get out of the house while it's nice.

Coffee, coffee, coffee, and more coffee. In my area, it's cold and therefore, to get warm, i take coffee at least twice a day!

I try to limite 1 cup in the "morning" only, but as work load gets too heavy or if I didn't sleep well for few nights, I probably end up 4,5 cups. The main reason I try to limite myself only intake a cup in the morning, since years back I found myself that once I drank too much of coffee, my heart will start to pump irregularly which will cause me some kind of pain.

I guess whatever we intake, balance it rather than having too much at once will be better for our body.

I am at my morning cup right now and I have one at the afternoon, that is it. I like Nescaffe with cream and without sugar. I just couldn't get my eyes open if I don't have my morning coffee. And if I have to go to the store to get it, I will.
I had a flu recently and I couldn't taste coffee for two days, and that was the first time in my life that I couldn't even smell coffee.
I think I had 4 or 5 at the most for one day.

Oh i am a coffee addict. I drink about 3 or 4 cups per day and really do enjoy it.

On workdays I really have a big mug of coffee as soon as I get to the office around 9:30, its as much as 3 cups of coffee.
Then its no more for the rest of the day.

On weekends or when I am on vacations or sick leave and at home, I normally have 2 mugs equalling 4 cups in the morning and another 2 mugs over the rest of the day.

I'll drink anywhere between 3 and 8 cups of coffee a day. It all depends on how available it is. I'd have to say that four cups is a good average, though.

I used to drink up to 5-6 cups a day but after my problem with acidity/ reflux I rarely drink coffee.
