 I have put in an advert in my local newspaper to employ a "axle shockhits" through the night, that way i will not offend my american and Australian friends when i miss thier discussions.
i will pay the successful applicant £3.00 an hour and as much coffee as they want.
what do you think of this revolutionary idea?

That's a genuinely great idea, my friend. There are practical difficulties involved though! Specifically, you will be paying that guy a huge sum that may really hit you by shock, probably that of axle. Plus, you will have to serve coffee at his/her desk because otherwise would mean that he/she is working for less time than he/she should as per contract. And, to serve, you must be awake! Thus, killing the purpose!
But, I do believe that given your extraordinary intelligence, you will be able to overcome those difficulties. I would think that you have considered making him/her post a minimum of quite a few discussions. Plus, so intelligently, you will make him/her hire few referrals from among his/her friends and given that mylot has increased referral income to 50%, you may earn actually more than what you will be paying. How intelligent! I am impressed!:-)
And, I am so deeply moved by your concerns about missing friends from other places because of time difference, you are very thoughtful, my friend!:-)

plus an incentive of keeping any money made on mylot which could potentially earn them an extra 32 cents! thus doubling thier income!!
