our friendship is about to break up.. sigh

i haven't meet my friend for almost a month, since i got a long mid semester exams period and also because all of them went on a long holidays
and during my absence, looks like lots of things had happened
i've just met some of them today on lunch break, and they shared many stories with me
interesting to hear actually, most of them complained about the other
at first it's still fun to hear the stories,
but then i realized that what they share with me can caused a break up
some of my friend hate the other, and i feel sad to hear that
at the same time, i also feel afraid to be in the middle of the confrontation

what should i do to help everything back to normal??

i always become the neutral part, i'm not interested to get involved with all the matters
we've been friends for a long time, such complaints are not the first time occured
it's been quite a long time each other complained about the others
share with me, thanks a lot..!!
