I've experienced this today. I feel that I'm not hungry at all even though the food is tasty. Why is this so?

2. chunter (1771) | 4 months ago | Its likely you have no appetite towards food...The loss of appetite could be due to many reasons - weather, time to eat, time of your previous meal etc It could also be because you were too hungry earlier and for some reason, your gastric juice was neutralised as you had some food (junk or not) or drinks (gassy or fruit) just before the tasty food..

Certain health problems can cause you to lose your appetite and should be checked. But, an occasional loss of appetite shouldn't be a problem. I have some health problems where my appetite will be diminished for weeks and I'll lose a lot of weight. But, then it will come back strong and I gain all the weight back and then some.

Some times it so happens that for nothing we loss appetite and do not feel hungry.superfluously we say this for no reason,but there is some reason behind this loss in appetite.it may be due to over eating in the previous night,sleeplessness,excessive drinks,or may be other reasons that we loss appetiteand feel no hungry.however without skipping over the lunch or dinner have a little of it and take rest.everything will be alright after rest.all the best.
