 I don't like noodles at all.But my daughter loves noodles as her breakfast regularly which is not good for health.We both have one agreement that only twice in a month i accept her to have it.What about u[n] u r children?

You can give her noodles, it will not hurt her at all, you can add vegetables and make that compulsary. She can have it even once a week. Noodles with vegetables, chicken, mushrooms, bamboo shoots etc are very good and full of fibre. Vegetables, chicken and mushrooms will make up for the less nutrition in the noodles. All the best
