You can do buying anytime as long as you got the money to trade in forex. I think you are completely have no idea what forex is all about and how they are traded.

Well forex is short for foreign exchange. If you want to trade in forex you need a broker and of course the money use for trading. When you register to that broker you will be given a free trading platform. That platform will be the place for you to trade and they consist of chart, currency pairs, etc.

so basically you should make a buy when you expect the chart/market go upward direction. If the market not going your way you will make losses. On the opposite you sell when you expect the market to go down or if go the other way you will make losses. thats how it works.

If you really need to familiarize yourself with the forex trading and its trading platform go for sign up for demo account. You will be given fake money to trade on the real market movement. Usually all kind of brokers will provide demo account.
