Mothers Day is quickly aproaching! So for all mathers here on mylot .........

I will spend mothers day with my mother and my children. I would love to have a mothers ring for mothers day. I have already ordered my mothers mothers day present I ordered her a claddaugh ring with connemara marble as the stone as she love connemara marble.

Usually, I spend the first half of mother's day with my kids and husband and the second half with my mom and kids. It usually works out well for us this way because nobody feels left out. Last year, I received a mother's day ring from my mom that was hers. I'm not really sure what I want this year BUT next year, I'm going to need a new ring because we're expecting in December!:-)

Really a great topic of discussion. It have made me think what I have been doing, all these years. For me it had been just another day. But still I wish my mom and all my aunts and other friends who are moms. Last year I received a card and a hand made flower boquet from my daughter. But this time, we all, me my mother and my daughter have planned to have a gala party. And that party will include my dad, DH and my son. As it is in the planning stage, will post what we did once we had the fun.

I'd love to buy some fun and cute t-shirts (addicted to them, they are so comfy and are kid friendly lol) for the summer and spend breakfast with the whole family.

what is a mother's ring? is there a special stone or something on it that makes it a mother's ring? i don't think i've heard of it here in my country.

anyway, if i had to choose, i'd like to spend a few hours in a spa on mother's day. a nice body, hand and foot massage... a facial... and maybe a new hairdo. just to give myself a treat for being such a good mom. (hahah!!) my kids are still young (5 yr old boy and 2yr old girl) so i've been up to my neck taking care of them, aside from working full-time. i think i deserve some special time for myself. i hope my husband realizes that and gifts me with this. (hint,hint...)

well, after those few hours, i'd be happy to come home and take care of the kids again. maybe order a nice dinner and celebrate with the family. or maybe visit my mom with my kids and buy her a.... mother's ring...what's that again??;)

I have not even thought about it yet! Anything my kids do is fine with me! I enjoy spending time with them while I still can! The years fly by rather quickly, don't you think?

I want to spend it with my hubby and daughter and its up to them where they want to treat me,lol!Any gifts will do or doesn't matter as long as we always stay and loving each other as a whole family.

I am a mother of 5 but I don't expect to receive anything on Mother's day. I would want to go to my moms house on mothers day and spend it with her and with my whole family as well.

I want to spend it with my kids not having a care in the world.
I don't really want anything but a conflict free day of relaxing!

I would also love to get a mother's ring for mother's day with all three of my children's birthstones and names on it, but i would also love for my husband to be here. He will be returning from iraq in two days, but has to go to school for two weeks after only getting four days at home and then demobing after that. that would definitely be a great present though is to see him and my children on mother's day. i will have my children here, but he will be missing like he has been for the last year. at least he'll be stateside again so i really can't complain to much.
