How do you eat your Avocado?

You can eat it with different kind of seafood.
It´s also good with little lemon on,or with yellow onion

the first time i was given this avocado. when i put it in my mouth i immediately spat it away. later when i became used to it. any day i cook rice i've to buy it and almost every morning i've to buy it to paste it on my bread.
the first time it was tasteless but now it's like honey.

I really like avocadoes and like you learned from this discussion different ways to eat it. I love to put my avocado in my salads. It is one of my favorites things to put in a salad. But I can eat them just plain too. And with just a little salad dressing on it is good too. I don't know how to make guacamola (sp) but that is delicious too. And the good news is that they are very healthy to eat.

I like mine with sea salt and a squeeze of fresh lemon. My favorite way to have it though is in avocado maki. I love the soft avocado with the rice and a little bit of soy sauce. I've also had some amazing seafood salads that have avocado in them. It goes really well with crab meat.

I love avacados. I've been eating them since i was a little kid. The simplest way I like to eat them is with salt and either lemon or lime juice. I'll just cutit in half, remove the pit and add the salt and juice. The tough avacado peel makes it's own bowl!

I also love guacamole and will often make my own with spices, lemon juice, fresh cilantro, and chopped up tomatoes. This is great on chips and even other vegatables.

I love avocados. My favorite way to eat them is in guacamole dip with chips. I also love them in salads and on simple veggie sandwiches (which I tried for the first time recently at a Mexican restaurant).
I've even used them to make a vegan "ice cream" by pureeing them with cocoa powder, dates, and ice. You can't really taste the avocado but it gives it a nice creaminess.

The first time I had an Avocado I thought it was pretty bland and tasteless. but I have grown to like them very much. I like to mash them up and add a little lemon juice and spread them on toast. I also like them in salads. The last time I splurged and bought one I paid $2.00 for it so I don't get them often.

I love avocado! Now I live in Guatemala where they are quite cheap and eat them all the time. Here are a few of my favorite ways:

- Plain, mashed and spread on bread

- Mixed with lime juice and salt, with meat or tortillas

- Guacamole (chopped tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, lime juice)

- As a salad dressing for a regular salad, puree and add oil, garlic and a bit of mustard. Drizzle over your salad.

- Chilled soup, just blend with cream and parsley, serve cool. The top gets a bit brown, but just stir it in.

I´ve never heard of using milk and sugar on an avocado, seems a bit odd, but I guess each to his own.

I eat avocado with condensed milk, put 'em in a bowl and mash 'em.:D Sometimes just plain sugar or just the avocado itself. I might as well try others suggestion.
