wow, hahaha, she cuts her hair by herself? cool.. that's awesome, wish i could do that to myself, so that i wouldn't have to go to the barber to get my hair done.. hahaha

I cut my own hair when I was about your daughter's age. It's one of my earliest memories. I was with my grandmother at her friend's house. Her friend had a child older than myself & I was playing alone in their room. I found a pair of electric scissors, but I couldn't find any paper. I wanted to try the scissors out & started hacking off my hair since I couldn't find paper. My grandmother still tells the story & tells how scared she was bringing me home to my mother with all of my long hair hacked off.

Love the new haircut, you did a great job. I remember when you posted about her cutting her hair and I saw the picture. Don't tell her but I think your cutting is better than hers. Our secret.

I have had to do that many times! I did it to my own hair when I was a kid, and it had to be fixed. With my kids, there are times when the knots were winning the battle and I had to cut the hair. It is much easier when they have short hair until they can take care of it themselves!
