I have never tried this but it sounds good! We make our own Asian food. Today we had fried rice!

Do you know what Steam boat is, (not being rude) It's a wonderful way to eat with family or friends every now and again. If your unsure I can walk you thu it and how its done. Me I love it. (+)

It sounds like a hotpot to me! You dip the food into the hot oil or broth, and when it is cooked you dip it in the sauce?
