Yep. You make your design, save it in .gif or .jpeg format and upload it. You then choose which items you want that design to appear on in your store. I have no idea to put the links in a squidoo lense because I don't know what that is. But, i am sure someone else can help.

I thought about setting up a shop with them awhile back, but I was so confuse with the whole process that I gave up. I wish you good luck with your endeavour.

I have 6 premium shops at CafePress, and get a check every month (currently for $400-600 a month, though my goal is to double that).

There are tutorials listed on CafePress, and the forums are an EXCELLENT resource. I suggest reading up on the how-to's on CafePress, which go into details about making your images, uploading, creating and editing your shops, etc.

I suggest starting with a Premium shop, which is not free, but often pays for it self quickly. The advantage is that with Basic shops, you can only use 1 design for each product, and you can not customize the shop much at all. With a premium shop, you can add as many designs to as many products as you'd like.

As for Squidoo, all you need to do is add a CafePress thingy, and put your shop name in.

To get the most out of CafePress, though, I very much suggest reading all the info on the 'net you can find. It can be very lucrative if you know what you're doing!
