Was Spider-Man 2 better than 3?

oh too bad, you wouldn't believe that i haven't seen spiderman 3 up to now but i like the second installent and still dying to see the 3rd.

Well first off I liked all three of them, but my favorite was definately the first one. Sequels to movies are rarely better than the original. As far as the second and third movies are concerned, I think the 2nd is better than the third. However I have not seen them in a long time so I might change my mind after watching them.

Yes, I think so. Although I liked both of them, I thought it got a little silly with when Peter Parker started changing. I am talking about the parts where he was dancing in the streets & everything.

I didn't like Spiderman 3 I found it a little bit on the boring side Spiderman 1 and Spiderman 2 were both alot better then part 3 there was only a couple action parts in part 3 otherwise you slept through the movie.

If you were refering for action in this two movies, yeah spiderman 2 was more action-packed than spiderman3. But when it comes to good lesson and acting i perefer it more to spiderman3

I think Spider-man 2 was the best in the whole installment so far. Perfect mix of action and social life of Peter.
In Spiderman 3 it got messed up because in my opinion they tried to fit too many villains into one movie. I mean hello! Venom needs a movie all by himself to really be appreciated. I think they should have let Sandman be the main villain of Spidey 3 along with th Hob Goblin and introduce Venom coming to the end of it and then make Spiderman 4 filled with Venom-y goodness!

I didn't see the point of really having Sandman in there either because he was just one of those common villains who acquired superpowers. I mean so he killed Pete's Uncle apparently but not on purpose as we soon learned.

Anyway, 2 beats 3 anyday!

I really wasn't all that impressed with the 3rd Spider-Man movie. I own the first two on DVD, but after I saw the 3rd one, I was glad that I didn't just buy it before seeing it.

I don't really see why the 3rd movie needed so many villains, and also why they changed the story from the way it was in the comics. But that latter point is just me being picky.:)
