UGH Road blocks to success!  |

 Oh man. I'm almost through my second college English course. I am a natural writer, I've always loved to express myself through the written word. However, the mechanics of it all has always eluded me. This class has been difficult, in that there has been two major papers required that count for much of the grade. I chose a touchy topic for my second one, and have to try to approach it objectively. It is too late now to change my topic, but I'm stuck. I am required to "speak" in third person, totally refraining from first person language. This is very difficult since the topic touches me personally.
I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else here is dealing with struggles in their study? What do you do to get past it? How do you handle deadlines and due dates? Do you have any words of encouragement?

| rev1wendy (276) | 5 months ago | It was everywhere. Right click and nothing. I tried to restart the pc and it didn't help. Last night I shut it down and went to bed. This morning it was still trying to log off. I manually shut it off. Let it sit about 5 minutes and turned it back on. I have cut and paste again!!:) It still isn't right, running slow and too many errors. But it does feel better. I don't know what she did, but I do know it was not good! | |

Huh??? I don't know what that could be. HAve you defraged lately? That might help your speed. And get some of that stuff off your back up drive, that will help when you restart things. Hopefully you wont have to reboot everything, you've got a lot of stuff on there you don't want to loose. Start usind that cd burner, and get things that are important to you off there before she ruins it completely. Have you talked to Wayne? Maybe she needs to be "grounded" from the pc???
Try starting a discussion bout this in computers...there's a lot of knowledge in that group. | |

My pc is feeling a bit better today. I did start a discussion in something pc yesterday. I felt like the guy in the avatar for computers! lol Bang my head!
Anyway, yes. I did talk to Wayne. He is considering getting Her and Jr a dell from work. They will be selling them to the guys for about $50. This one helps pay the bills. | |

A bit slow, but as long as it is a loan or she buys it and you make sure to delete Wayne's stuff off of it. Wow, that was a lot of f's. Anyway, it is up to you.
