Have you ever won anything from a radio station contest? I Just did!!!!

My best friend aka my sister is hispanic.. she made me call in to the radio station to help her win a ticket to "La Quinta Estacion" and.. well I didn't win another ticket.. but she had won one ticket... It was pretty cool.

Hey MrsFrodotata. Congrats for winning the tickets. I know how exciting it was to win in a radio contest as I had one very long time ago. Although I just won a T-shirt at that time for just calling in, the bonus part was when I got the T-shirt in the radio station, I got to see my favorite local singer at that time. I was starstruck and it made me feel win double and was more excited in the singer than the T-shirt. It was a fun time for me though as my friend was also working in that radio station. Congrats again!

Well done!yes ive won someting from the radio,but not anything as good as your prize!our local radio station used to run a programme in the evening,it used to give clues out relating to the name of a place in our county,and every night i used to get the map out and try to match the clues up,well this one night i was so sure i had the placename and i rang in,and lo and behold i won!!!!But my prize was a cookbook,not too exciting,but it was still a prize,so i was pleased!!!

I won a 3 foot sub from Subway on a radio contest. You just had to listen to the radio and when the jingle "Subway eat fresh" played you just had to be the first caller to call in and you won. I was mylotting that morning so I had the radio on in the background and when it played I called I won.

congratulations!!!!! I have won movie tickets many times on the radio. I love listening to radio and it is a great time pass for me so i keep playing the contests for time pass and i win too sometimes. LOL

No...I have never won anything anywhere. But daughter used to call faithfully in to these radio contests and has won a couple of really nice gift certs. I have a cousin that won prizes off the radio regularly. Sometimes she would call me for help on some of the trivia type questions. I just am not lucky in those sorts of things. Even if I know the answer...I don't get thru in time. Well congratulations!

I heard a competition on one of my favourite stations a while back,but it wasn't a phone-in one,they were looking for postal or email entries-I won a VHS Video Movie! It's NICE to win stuff!

i won £2,000,00 on the TV show PaulO'Grady last year on the organ game, i won £500.00 first and he asked me if i wanted to gamble so i did, all i had to do was name the tune he was playing, i couldn't believe that i got through either, the tune i had to name was one of the beatles songs, coming from Liverpool myself, i knew it straight away, i got my cheque 3 days later, so i treated all my family to a slap up meal and i used the rest to furnish and decorate my home....congratulations on your win...i too had never won anything in my life so this win was a huge buzz for me....even my friends called once i had been on and said they heard me talking to Paul who used to be the drag artist Lily Savage back in the day....he is also from my home town so it was nice to be able to talk to him, he's a really funny guy...and i am a big fan of his...
