What Flavor is "Kimchi" Noodles?  | |  I'm not very good at making microwaved noodles. It seems like the only flavor they come in is "hot" or "spicy". Lately I've been eating Paldo noodles on occasion, and like most noodle brands, they come in various flavors. And also like most noodle brands, the flavors are indicated by a cute picture of the animal they're flavored like. "Chicken-flavored" noodles have a picture of a chicken, "beef-flavored" noodles have a picture of a bull. Of course, none of these really taste like chicken or beef to me, but noodles are still fun to eat.
However, there is a bowl marked "KIMCHI NOODLES" that bears no animal picture, and I've certainly never heard of a KIMCHI before. The only picture on the bowl is that of a smiling woman. Her name's not Kimchi by any chance, is it..??

Kimchi is actually good. I have had it a few times from different restaurant. Of course I was eating the stuff before I Knew it was fermented cabbage that is made in the ground (that is the old world way at least).
