although i don't like it all, i know that i should force my self to consume calcium milk everyday due to some problem in my knee. however, i also read some health articles that its necessary to consume milk consume for daily to avoid osteoporosis when we are old later on. i know its not good taste in drinking calcium milk but i consume it at least once a day cause trully i just dislike to drink any kind of milk actually . so what about you? do you consume calcium milk from now on or just delay it?

I can take milk if it is mixed with others like in chocolate or coffee or with shakes, or halo-halo and some dessert which milk is an ingredient. I know calcium is important in our body, but there are other food that are rich in calcium too like cheese, seafoods, etc. which we can take in place of milk. Also we can take calcium tablet too.
