 We are always looking for ways to save that $ and as we enter this year it does not look good for us with Food prices to rise fast.
This is some thing I do and it works well at the Dinner table.
Have a big pot of noodles made (500grm/1.Lb)Serve 4.
Make up three or four toppings/fillers (if you made one of these in a pot we may call it a meal).
Savory Mince, Mini meatballs and meat sauce, Buttered Prawn and Italian herb and Garlic. and Diced chicken in lemon sauce..
Serve in a bowl, plate up noodles, and one large soup ladle of topping/filler on top of noodles, garnish with chopped parsley,With the topping/fillers you only make one large serve of each, this way you have 4 serves.
You will find the family will eat plenty of the 4 plates put up and enjoy no end,Top this of with Garlic bread, crushed garlic and butter/spread mixed together, spread both sides of the bread and roll in foil and into a hot oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with meal. YUM YUM YUM.

| 6. Screech (393) | 4 months ago |  ummm.. I love noodles. I hate garlic bread. Just noodles would be fine. I like eating the ready made ones where all you have to do is pour some water mix it and start eating.
Tomato ketchup with noodles would be great. I like sandwiches too with all those gravy vegetables. I'll eat pizzas anytime of the day. I haven't really felt the rise of prices since I pay just for my food.
