What if Microsoft acquisits Yahoo!

You mean acquire, right? i do not think yahoo will not fight to the end. Microsoft is like a greedy leech tying to seep everything that he sees. Now that we know the aquisition will not push thru, is something we sould celebrate. just imagine having microsoft owning yahoo, everything will be paid for!

Assuming Microsoft really acquire Yahoo! it will take them few years to actually incorporate Yahoo! and operate it wholly in their system.

We won't know for sure if Microsoft+Yahoo! will pose a threat to Google, but I'm sure it could be since Microsoft won't offer such a high bid for Yahoo! for something they are not confident about. And we would never know the results since Microsoft has given up...
