 How do you keep from getting cold sores and once you get them how do you get rid of them? I had one in the corner of my mouth for weeks. It just healed in the last day but now I can feel one coming on the other side of my mouth.

Natural Yogurt will help prevent them im told as it is high in lysine. (most commercial yogurts arent "natural" as they use gelatin for thickener and might cause an outbreak)
