This site is starting to freak me out!

check your mylot settings, you can ask for email or set whether or not approval is automatic or not, I have to approve EVERYONE before they become my friends...

Now that is freaky and certainly not ok. That means that nothing we are saying to one another is private. I find that alarming.

It did alarm me. I would be careful with PMs, get people's emails instead.

Hi Kitty, yes I did report it. I could not read the private messages, by the way. I saw the titles, and some of the folks were not on my friend list. When I went to my own private messages, there were none there.

I do believe we are talking about the same person, in fact, I commented on your post about it, I believe. Wierd happenings on this site. I guess when you join the internet you open yourself up to all kinds of people, but it feels wierd all the same.

I had to look in your profile, Im not sure now I did like the other photo, but a change is like a Holiday so they say (who ever they are).

The money he talk about a bit like, 1 and 1 makes 11
he has not or will not face up to the do not stand side by side, they join together and make 2.
but there are many who make money for them selves like this and other have heavy losses to this way.

Thats what I was thinking also. I really think there should be a better way of tracking people that do that. I will keep a few friends, but my list is going to diminish greatly.

I understand, I recently have not been accepting everyone that requests friendship now, I have only been having the ones that are really active. I do hope that I am one of the friends that you will keep!!

I posted a discussion awhile back on the subject and several new users told me at that time, that when they signed up for the site that person was an automatic addition, kind of like "Tom" on myspace. There was never any friend's request made. Whats up with that?

I haven't had friends added automatically that I know of.
Now I am concerned and going to check my list out.

It sounds like this person is referring them all, or has set himself up as such.

Uh - when someone signs up here using another person's referral URL, they are automatically friends with that person in their upline. If they don't send out friends requests (that get accepted) or accept friends requests from others, that person in their upline would be their only friend.

I delete more friend's requests than I approve these days. I am becoming more and more weary of new users. My apologies to any new user thats legit, but thats just the way it has to be. I believe it was yesterday that I changed my avatar back to a picture of me, versus that of our deleted friend. People said they couldn't find my discussions because of the number of people using the same avatar. Maybe I should have kept a low profile and left my avatar more generic.

I went through my friends list about a month ago. I did the same thing. It you are not active I deleted, I mean why take up space if you don't want to get involved.
I was sick for awhile so I was unable to write to everyone, but I DID read and keep up with my friends at Mylot. So I still know how you all are doing.
KB maybe it's a tad dangerous to have your picture up for the weirdo's to see? I don't know, but stay safe hon!!

OMG!! The same thing happened to me shaun72. He even sent his picture, very large man. REALLY BOTHERD ME!!! I didn't answer at all just hit 'delete". He was really weird the way he wrote.
