do u belive in joint family or alone

I like to live in joint family but i should have my privacy. I am leaving with a single family but can live in joint family. But as i said i need to have my privacy. enjoy:)

Are you meaning just your immediate family, like parents and children as opposed to a family who lives with extended family such as grandparents and aunts and uncles, cousins, etc?

I personally prefer just my husband and myself and our children. I don't like having other people around regularly living with us who are not part of our immediate family because it's not like having renters who are strangers and pay for the privelage of occupying your home. Extended family seems to think they have a right to have a say in family decisions, which they do not.

If I did have extra space in my home, such as a room above the garage or a separate suite with its own entrance, I wouldn't mind renting out to somebody but again they would really have no say about anything related to the household, just the usage of the property for rent to live there.

I grew up in a joint family and I never had experience any problem with it. But now that I had my own family I think I wanted to try living alone. So that me and my husband will be more responsible in our duties as husband and wife.

well friend as they say that no two people can have the same view point and that every coin has two sides.Well i think both the families have positive a s well as negetive points but i feel that joint family has a bit more advantage than the alone family.
