 A website called songpeople.com had a few clips of new McFly songs from the new album supposedly out this July 28th. I missed them myself and the survey wasn't open long, but lyrics were written for one track supposedly going to be the new single:

Apparently it is a change from their older stuff, more recently MITO, as they promised.
It is more mature and rockier, reportedly.
