Most of getting referrals is word of mouth. Then if you are working any other programs that you want to promote, put links to them here on your mylot profile page. I have the links to my other programs on my profile page and so do most of the people I know on here.
This way you are getting referrals for your other programs from here, and mylotters are mostly very active folks. And you can bring in people from your other programs or sites to mylot. It's very addicting so if you can get them here then there's a good chance they will have fun.:)

You can send your referral link to your friends through mail. Or, if you are a member of other sites, you can post it through bulletins.
