What about todays critical and crucial match between kolkatta and Mumbai?

definitely Mumbai will win and then make themselves placed in a better position to get to the semis

Mumbai has a great chance yar.kolkata knight riders is meant for sharukh and his promotions but not for players except ishannt and david hussey.in certain cases we can also include ganguly.but their play is not fair.Mumbai even though sachin is there they have to fire in batting.around 160 is a huge target for knight riders to face.because knight riders batting is like that for past 3 to 4 matches.Ganguly have to work hard hard to win this match.

The match is more critical for Mumbai than for Kolkatta. They have one victory less than Kolkatta although they have played one less. But even then having less points does put additional pressure on the team. Mumbai have to win at least 5 of their remaining 6 matches to have a chance of getting in the top 4. They are yet to face Kings XI, Rajasthan Royals and other big teams. It would be difficult to beat teams like kings XI and Royals and hence its very important that they make sure they don't lose to lesser performing teams like Knight Riders and Chargers etc.

The match would also be crucial with respect to the individual performances. Shoaib played a dream entry in the match against Delhi Daredevils. He would be hoping to repeat the performance on the land mine of a pitch in Wankhede. The Wankhede pitch has never been batsman's paradise but even then it would be a hard task for Shoaib to tame batsmen like Sachin, Sanath and Bravo.

On the other hand Sachin didn't have a good start in the League. After being out of action due to his groin problem all he could manage in the first outing were a four and a six, both coming of the top edge. His batting was not self assuring. The fluency was missing and the confidence was lacking. Thanx to Sanath Sachin started his captaincy stint in IPL with a win. I hope he continues that but against a shrewd captain like Ganguly it would not be an easy task.

yes that will be a good match to watch but what i would like to see the most is Sachin hitting a century like Jayasuria did the other day .. i just love his shots and i will watch the match specifically for watching Sachin bat.

i will for mumbai indians but will like too see shoib in full flow
