Are You Ready to Die?  |

 I wish I could be one of those who aren't scared of death. I believe it takes much faith to be able to fully understand it. Though I try, I still find it difficult to simply accept that I would one day lose the ones I truly care about.
The thought makes me want to cry, but then I know that I'd one day have to face such fear...the death of the ones I love---and my own. I fear death, but that's part of life...they say that when life ends, another one begins. Are you ready for such beginning?

With this, we must have live life to the fullest, we must have ask forgiveness to those who we have hurt, and forgive those who have hurt us. We must have said i love you to the person we loved. We must have tried to live a rightful life. To do things in the eleventh hour is some kinda too late.

It's the fear of knowing that I will no longer see my family (as you have mentioned) and evrything else in this world that I have gotten so use to seeing. But another reason that I am not ready to die is because I fear the unknown, and which in this case is death.

9.  eihdra (496) | 3 months ago |  oh no, not yet..Im still young and I haven't done many of the things I want done in my life yet before I die..Besides, my kids are still young and I want to see them finish their education and finally settle down with their own families..I wanna grow old with my husband and visit the memory lane hand in hand...But if my fate would be to die young, I pray to God to at least give me some warning so that I can settle some things and say the proper goodbyes..

The time i was diagnosed to have VSD (ventricular septal defect) and as they described to me what that is... I was really really afraid. I was thinking, how long will i still be living and i felt like crying. The fact that it was in the same month i got married, made me afraid that my husband will be loosing me too early.
It made me quit my job which is in a night shift. I dont really care if i quit my job,i care for my life more. I care for all the people caring for me and i still want to make them happy in my own simple way.

It is not easy to accept things like that( though I don't fully understand what VSD is), but I guess being able to express one's fear may somehow help in overcoming it. Get well soon, don't lose hope, prayers bring about miracles. | |
