Accepting Friends Request

Yes, I would. But I ended up getting to know them while reading their discussions. Then we comment on each other's views...

I also do like you, normally, whenever I add new friends in my list (whom I sent a request, specially), I send them a PM to know about them. Atleast, I request them to tell me their good name and their occupation. It helps a lot if I get to know all these details about my dear friends here. Most of them are courteous and nice and they reply to my PMs with the requisite information. However, there are few, who are very hesistant to share their personal details, for the reasons best known to them. Apart from telling any kind details about themselves, they do not even wish to share their 'real' name. Not sharing 'real' name really makes me utterly surpirsed and thoroughly disappointed. But ultimately, I am suppose to regard their privacy or say secrecy, because afterall they are my friends here. I feel thta if they disclose their real names, I cannot do any harm to them in any manner (nor I will ever do such thing in my life). May be, they are over cautious and very protectective about their identity.
Nonetheless, those who are my good friends here do communicate with me off and on about themselves and feel happy to share their experiences and views with me and vice versa.

I would like to know all of my friends that I accept but i would like to do it over time. I would not get in any hurry to contact them right away. I do thank the ones I request though, when they accept me. I consider everyone here at Mylot to be a potential friend. I never deny anyone. I do cancel some of them later though if they turn out to be hateful to me.

For me, I try to went to their home page and comment there. But these days I even didnot had any free time to post here. I still had about over 40 friends I need to say hi at their profile pages, including you. I promise I will do this after I had some free time.

so far i tend to accept any friend request without noticing anything about this person. but after i have uncomfortable experience with the person that i accept his friend request, i become choosy person in accepting friend request.

this person is really annoying me cause he just send me lots of pm which contains referral link of his programs which i never asked before.

by this one, if someone sending me friend request i will consider how active he is in mylot, if he is just new members then i will wait for certain days to see how active he is in posting before accepted his friend request

One reason why I joined mylot is to meet new friends. I think this is one fun way of meeting smart people from different places. You have done exactly what you said you do when I sent you a friend's request. Thanks for the add. I guess we can get to know our mylot friends better through discussions.
